I hold a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in process simulation and optimization. I have worked in the Process Control and Automation fields since 1987 and held roles in Systems and Applications Engineering as well as in Engineering Management. I have been providing Consulting and Systems Integration services since 2004. I also spent about two years in the role of Engineering Manager for the development of web-based CRM enterprise systems. My current consulting focus is on helping organizations leverage their automation and human resources to increase their productivity and meet their strategic objectives.
